Our experience was awesome, everyone had a great time, the house was perfect for our 4 families! The management company was exceptional! Thank you very much for the great memories.

We had a lovely time with 11 family members staying at the Beach Trail House. The kitchen is large & well stocked. There is plenty of room for visiting/playing games. The views are beautiful out of the windows & the house is nicely appointed. The walk to the beach is pretty (about a 1/2 mile) & the beach was quite deserted when we were there in May. Easy to visit other beaches, redwoods, etc. Armstrong Woods is about 45 minutes away. Our favorite family store, Candy & Kites, is about ten minutes north on Highway 1. Everyone in our group loved this house. It also is well planned for privacy as it has rooms on three levels.
Location and top-floor living room are its main points. The views and the weather were complements of God.
The house was just incredible!. The two living rooms made it easy to gather and play games and talk all night. The beds were very comfortable and we were all able to sleep in. We took a walk to the beach from the trail and ran over to the Park. All ten of us loved the house.
It rained all week end so we were inside-but were able to spread out in the two living rooms!
This was a womens get-away & we do this every year & this place was one of the better homes. Lots of space, nice spa & great for taking walks around the area!
property was fantastic. would come back without hesitation. the dishwasher was broken and the plates a little grungy on arrival, but otherwise the rental was a dream.
The dish washer was hit and miss as far as making clean dishes. A great house for entertaining other friends. Hope to go back next year!!
This is a wonderful home with great living area - two living rooms. Spent the New Years with 3 other couples - were able to watch movies and at the same time some were able to watch football. Only drawback is the fourth bedroom has two small twinbeds and no television - all other bedrooms had queen beds and televisions for those who like to fall asleep watching the tube!!!
Beach Trails has a beautiful spacious design providing views of the sea and pasture land. Bedrooms are spread out for privacy. The cross country trail to the beach is right across the street. An ideal place for a group.
The team at Bodega Bay Escapes were incredibly friendly, flexible, and helpful in getting our big energetic group into and out of the Beach Trail house - a task that always takes a little extra coordination.
My family thought this home was great, of course it helped that the weather was also perfect. Plenty of space for visiting, cooking/eating and sleeping (loved the master suite). We also rented a second home to accomodate the rest of our party. We hope to return in the near future.
There were 10 of us and we really enjoyed the spaciousness of the living room and the dining room. The colorful dining room and terrace chairs were delightful. We got a lot of exercise going up and down the 4 levels of the house.
The kitchen was a let-down for cooks. While the kitchen was spacious, a new cook top, dishwasher, and some cookware/utensils are badly needed.
The twin beds were small for any adults. The sofa sleepers were broken and not usable. Very limited kitchen supplies(cutting knives, serving bowls, pots) and linens. Not very accommodating for cooking and serving large groups. Parsimonious with the dishwasher soap.
The roof had been repaired and the plastic was left on the skylights and was distracting during the day. At first we thought it was to cover leaks. The carpet had not been cleaned and that was an issue of embarrassment for us since we had invited our friends to stay with us for another's birthday celebration. The location was great. We read the flyer and thought the hide-a-beds were in two different rooms, but they were in one room and one is broken and not useable so that was a problem. Someone had to sleep on the couch with sheets.
Everything was very good except that the dishes in the cupboard were not clean. Apparently dishes need to be thoroughly rinsed before putting them into the dishwasher. We cleaned the ones we used.
There was one issue with a broken door frame in one of the bedrooms. We were not able to close/lock the door.
