  The big question when renting a vacation house is "how much stuff will I need to buy or bring to be comfortable?" In this lovely home this is not an issue. Bodega Gem is apply named. We all love to cook and found everything that needed and more in the functional kitchen. This house is just across from the bay and just a few miles up the road is some of the most stunning coast line in California. A little further up the coast is the Russian River where some of the worlds best wines can be sampled. I'd give the place 9.5 out of 10.

  The house is in great condition, very clean, great view, spotless bathrooms and very quite location. We had a good time riding the back roads of Northern California and if you haven't, you should.

  Perfect for a foggy, rainy, lazy getaway

  We were in 7th heaven watching the fog rolling in and out, hearing rain on the windows, reading, napping, nibbling, and soaking in the hot tub. Delightful! And the bad weather meant no guilt whatsoever about utterly relaxing. It's probably nice when the weather's good too. :)

  The home was clean and well equipped but the dishes were extremely dirty with what appeared to be hard water stains and other mineral deposits. Other than that, we were pleased.

  We used this house for our bi-annual family holiday get together. The layout worked very well for us...each bedroom had own bath and was separate enough from common area to provide quiet space when needed.
